Love these!

These are amazing. I love them chopped up with raw onions, green peppers and tomatoes, mixed with some of the juice from the jar, then added onto tacos.

Marvellous in the right dishes

These are sweet. Very sweet. As a result, you absolutely don't want to use them in Mexican food despite them being jalapenos, they simply wouldn't pair well with Mexican food's mix of earthy flavours and fresh tart vegetables. However anywhere where a bit of sweetness works, these are fantastic. Think dishes where you might otherwise be adding sweetness from relishes or ketchups or similar such as American dishes - chilli dogs, 'sloopy joe' burgers, to add to ham and pineapple pizzas - these jalapenos are absolutely delicious on these dishes. They're great value too, I think I need to stock up!

so good!

Sweet jalapeños as advertised on the jar! As close to cowboy caviar as Ive been able to find in the uk. I wouldnt put them in fajitas like usual ones, theyre nicer with cheese on toast.

Not particularly hot as theyre in sweet brine, but its a big jar and theyre not mushy. Would I buy them again? Maybe if there wasnt a better alternative
