HOW WE BAKE
Unlike many other supermarket sourdoughs, we never bake with additives or commercial yeast.
We choose diverse heritage grains, maintain our starters with care and follow an expertly baker-led fermentation process, to unlock the full potential of every loaf. Baked fresh every day.
HOW IT TASTES
Chewy, malted wheat flakes top this tacky and soft sourdough. Subtly balancing malty sweet notes with the tangy aromas unique to sourdough, this bread has a distinctive, well-rounded flavour.
Shaped and sliced for the everyday. Ideal for sandwiches, toast, toasties and more.

Brand
And we make proper sourdough bread.
We set out to bring better bread to every table. By reshaping and slicing our sourdough loaves, we're making them easier to enjoy every day.
We bake our sourdough with heritage grains like emmer, barley & spelt - each chosen for their depth of flavour and nutrition. Never with any artificial preservatives or added sugars.
For us it's not only about fermentation time and starter age. Crafting the best sourdough requires a caring human working with nature, instinct and decades of training.
The bread tells us when it's ready but only a chosen few bakers listen and understand.
This is bread, made better.

By far the best sliced bread available
This bread is utterly delicious and good for you at the same time. Great for gut health with no preservatives and plenty of seeds. Same size and shape as a regular loaf, fits in toaster and sandwich sized, but is sourdough! Keeps you full for hours and goes well with everything. I buy multiple loaves at a time from here as its difficult to find elsewhere. I won't buy anything else anymore!
Inedible
I really like the flavour and the generous assortment of seeds however these are so dry and stale tasting. The texture is unpleasantly dense. I ended up throwing both loaves in the bin ( an expensive £7 mistake ) I would never buy these again.
brilliant everyday bread
Toasts well lovely flavour and free from nasties
Tasty
Bought at reduced price. This sourdough has lots of seeds and makes tasty toast although it needs longer to toast than normal breads do. It’s quite dense in texture which makes it very filling. Quite a strong taste reminds me of rye breads. It has lasted over a week it has stayed fresh and no mould. my husband loves it so would buy again.
dry and stale
I definitely will not be repurchasing this bread. I got it on offer so maybe it is an inferior batch. Waste of money even on offer. Watch your teeth if you have expensive dental work.
Yum
My four year old, loves a cheap white bread and complains when eating a healthy loaf. Not this. This was a winner with everyone. Really delicious toasted.
