Berringa Honey is entirely natural. It is unadulterated honey from nature and as such it will react to temperature and storage variations. Crystallisation in Berringa Honey is not uncommon and it can easily be remedied by heating the honey (and the jar it is in) slowly in a bowl of hot water – or leaving it in a hot room/place. Do not microwave it though as that will simply see it re-crystallise quickly after.
Crystallisation is natural, safe and not a sign of mould spores or anything else untoward.

Disappointed
On opening the product it had already crystallised. Very disappointing. Makes for the spoonful a day a bit unappetising. Wont be purchasing again.
Yummy manuka
I got this free to review from Ocado as substitute for the Waimete honey. I’m new to manuka honey and like its richer more caramel flavour and potential health benefits. It’s started to granulate already which makes for a more interesting texture. Best eaten from straight from a teaspoon - I’ll save the less expensive honeys for drizzling over yoghurt.
Revolting, so much sugar
Horrid taste, over half the contents crystallised, had to throw half of it away. Won't buy again
To runny
I have used Manuka honey for years this is a rip off runny like water not worth buying.
Plastic jar
Well this honey is ok. But then I wondered why am I paying all this money and still getting honey in a plastic jar? Glass jars are easier to recycle. Plastic leaches into the honey and makes it taste slightly plasticky. So quality is probably reduced too. Ill be buying honey in glass jars in future.
Complex flavours
Depth and complexity to the flavour, very tasty. Also meant to have good health benefits.
