Berringa Honey is entirely natural. It is unadulterated honey from nature and as such it will react to temperature and storage variations. Crystallisation in Berringa Honey is not uncommon and it can easily be remedied by heating the honey (and the jar it is in) slowly in a bowl of hot water – or leaving it in a hot room/place. Do not microwave it though as that will simply see it re-crystallise quickly after.
Crystallisation is natural, safe and not a sign of mould spores or anything else untoward.

Delicious runny honey
Five stars if on offer - but normally too expensive so 4 stars
just the best
Such a lovely manuka honey. The burnt toffee flavour reminds me of childhood toffee apples. So much I even dip apple slices in at breakfast!
Manuka Magic
Rich, burnt caramel flavours and long after taste of toffee - brings a bowl or porridge and bananas to life. Expensive stuff but a little goes a long way so worth it if you truly value flavour.
Yummy honey - shame about the plastic
This honey was really delicious but disappointed it was in a plastic, rather than glass, container. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a premium honey and if you buy into the health properties this variety of honey has.
really delicious tasting
My little girl loves the flavour. Tastes better than the raw pressed New Zealand Manuka honey but the price... would wish for it to be a little more affordable.
Delicious honey
The flavour and consistency are absolutely gorgeous. Reminded me of honey I used to enjoy as a little girl and have not eaten again ever since. However... I only tried it as I got it given to sample, but would not be prepared to pay £32 for a little pot of honey. It is simply not reasonable in my view, hence why I didn't give 5 stars.
