For nasal use only Infant and babies up to 2 years: 1 spray into each nostril as required Children over 2 years and adults: 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril as required Benadryl Allergy Natural Relief Spray cleans and moistens nasal passages, helps unblock the nose and can be used to provide natural relief from congestion caused by allergy including hay fever, cold and flu, and sinusitis.

Fast acting
Great product felt a bit uncomfortable at first use but it's something that you get used to and it helps with allergies throughout the day.

Really convenient size to put In your bag and pocket and use on the go: as and when you need it. It works quickly and well and doesn’t taste or smell awful.
