Showing a dark ruby red colour, this wine has an intense nose, offering ripe blackberry and blackcurrant notes. In the mouth, this wine is lively, powerful and round.

Vinification Details
The winemaking process is traditional. The grapes are picked at their optimal ripeness, and destemmed. A 3 weeks maceration is carried out, with selected yeasts and under controlled temperature. There is no oak ageing, to preserve the lovely fruit of the wine.

very drinkable
Love this blend of grapes. Bought and enjoyed a bottle. Surprised on the other reviews. But this blend is little lighter than an average Syrah.

A very drinkable and enjoyable fruity red with a great depth and body. Worth every penny; suitable for any occasion!
Didn't get to try it
Chose 2 wines in the 2 for £15 deal but Ocado substituted one of them with this. As usual receipt said 'matching discount applied' and I was charged £7.50 .... only to click through to find it is currently priced at £7. It's only 50p, but it's not on to substitute something with something cheaper and then charge the higher price. Can't drink this anyway as it might have milk in it, so off to the Tesco again. Maybe I'll pick up a Meal Deal whilst I'm there only to find they've substituted the sandwich with a bread roll, the crisps with a carrot, and the drink with a tap water, but have still charged me £3.90!
Nice enough wine but not worth the price.
I was sent this to review. I don't usually buy a syrah but this is not bad. However I don't think it's worth the price.
Fruity red
I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. Lovely drinkable red wine, had it with some crusty bread and a melted Camembert and it was delicious. I’d buy it at full price.
