Vinification Details
The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and quickly press during the fresh night. The racking takes place at low temperature to preserve the varietals aromas. The alcoholic fermentation lasts 8 to 10 days between 16°C and 19°C. Then the wine is fined and preserved with no oxygen and at low temperature to protect all the aromas.

Winemaker
Located in the South West of France, the vine grows in a temperate climate. Density is around 4000 foot/ha. The vines started with good vigor and the crop was slightly larger than normal. The harvest took place in very sunny and healthy conditions.

Agree, fab u lus

Bought this as part of a promotion. It then sat in the wine rack for a couple of months til this weekend when we had it with our lunch. Completely impressed us all. can't wait for the next promotion

Easy to drink

Easy wine to drink. I have had nicer but I do enjoy this one. Best thing of all no hangover.

Fabulous!

Can't understand the negative reviews. This is a delicious wine, reasonably priced. I too only drink sauvignon and this stands up very well. It should be remembered that it's a blend of the Sauvignon and Colombard grape, which is a bit 'flowery' and which I, for one, love!

This is a lovely wine for the price. Easy drinking and have bought many times. Not sour or heavy. Lovely aroma.

Doesnt taste like a typical Sauvignon Blanc but a beautiful and dangerously easy to drink wine. Love the tropical notes.
