No idea how as it's not an ingriedient but tasted really off and earthy

Gelatinous
Whilst the flavours are ok and the ingredients are good, it’s a solid gelatinous block which is rather offputting. Wouldn’t buy again.

Disappointing
I found the texture to be very lumpy and quite solid. This improved once it was stirred in but I felt it lacked depth of flavour. I ended up adding quite a bit of salt. Wouldn't buy again.

Perfection
There is no reason I can think of right now that I should eat my pasta with any other sauce. It really is that nice. It’s a perfect marriage of ingredients, as very old people would no doubt say.
