Beefsteak Club is an award-winning wine brand, inspired by 18th century dining clubs which celebrated the beefsteak as a symbol of liberty and prosperity.
Regional Information
This richly coloured Merlot comes from grapes grown in the cooler regions of the Central Valley in Chile.

Vinification Details
The grapes are gently crushed for soft extraction to balance tannins and add depth of flavour, the wine then undergoes fermentation at a moderate temperature, in order to retain freshness and fruit aromas.

I’m reviewing this product because I was sent a free sample by Ocado. Some nice flavours but all washed out by the very acidic taste. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Wouldn’t buy this wine. Not a patch on the Malbec in the Beefsteak range.

Good malbec

Really good flavours and easy drinking. I would buy again as good Malbec which is nice and fruity. Received as a free gift from Ocado for a review

Pleasant easily drinkable wine

I received this bottle free. from Ocado, and after letting it Breathe I thought it was a very pleasant drinkable red wine particularly at the price asked I would certainly buy it if I needed a plain reasonable bottle of red.

Strange merlot

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado.had a taste but agreed wrih the other reviewers. Maybe I'll use the rest for cooking wine instead of drinking it straight

Good everyday wine.

I was sent this to review. We buy this almost every week before we sent it to review. A good everyday wine and goes well with any red meat.
