Fantastic Bake-O-Glide Non-Slip Silicone baking Mat. Silicone coated work surface suitable for rolling out all forms of pastry, marzipan, sugarpaste, also suitable for chocolate work and kneading dough.

Instructions

Wash before use. Use both sides. Store flat or rolled. Do not crease. Maximum working temperature 260°C (500°F / Gas Mark 8). Wash in warm soapy water & dry. As with all non-stick products do not use sharp implements or scourers. Do not cut food on the liner. Bake-O-GlideTM will darken with use, but this will not affect its performance. Do not place Bake-O-GlideTM directly on to elements or flames.

a good quality and versatile mat worth the money

This is a quality product well worth the money as it can be used for many purposes other than a baking mat.

Great baking mat

I bought this to stop biscuits spreading in the oven and it does a great job. Im buying another one so I can cook on two shelves at once. I wouldnt bake without it now I know how good the results are.

expensive but effective

Non stick silicone mat - does NOT have any markings or guides on it at all. Its a plain mat.

not what I was looking for

I was looking for a way to reduce parchment paper use but, sadly, this wont be it. It affected the cookies I baked. They werent the same as usual. I also like to add coconut oil to things I roast, it doesnt seem like oil is a good pairing with this mat.

Nothing sticks

Bought one to try because an expensive non stick baking sheet failed miserably. Food does not stick. My husband uses this for baking sourdough bread which had become almost impossible to release. He loves this and were buying a second. We also use it for oven chips, fish etc. It fits nicely into the ovens grill pan. Other baking sheets are now redundant. Easy to wipe clean or put in the dishwasher.
