A tale o two cookings
First one super impressed with phoenix-like rise, but tasted bland, poor texture, then put a bit less water in, added a couple of things (which might not have made the difference) and cooked 5 minutes less. As someone mentioned here, that might be the trick. The second time was fab.

fabulous
Look and taste just like the regular puddings. Cooked 15 mins in oven but could have done with less. Cooked 10 mins in the air fryer and they turned out even better.

Really good, but avoid cooking time!
Really good, we've tried as one big toad in the hole and as small individual yorkshire puddings. The individual yorkies rose perfectly, tasted exactly the same as those with gluten but definitely didn't need 15-20 minutes. Just keep an eye on them as they cook.
