Potato in an onion, cashew nut and butter sauce. Infused with the flavours of mustard seeds and cashew nuts, this is a bold potato dish that can add vibrance to any meal.
"The spicing in this dish is inspired by South Indian flavours - black mustard seeds and cashew nuts.
Similar to the potato stuffing that goes into a dosa - the classic rice and lentil crepe - this potato dish is an excellent accompaniment with paratha. I spent almost a decade in South India as a child and this was one of the dishes that my family continued to eat when I returned to Calcutta.” (Asma Khan)

Too salty
We eat a lot of Indian food so I was looking forward to trying this. I was so disappointed. I found it very salty and quite tasteless. I will not be buying again.

A tasty side dish
Ive been disappointed in the other dishes from the brand as they havent been mild but this was. I loved the cashews as they added texture and there were lots of them. I would buy it again.
