About oats
Oats may have originated in the Fertile Crescent in the Near East. Domesticated oats were grown in Bronze Age Europe as they tolerate the cool wetter summers.

Poor Packaging
Good gluten free oats would buy again if packaging was stronger as last two packs had split and contents lost.
Best Oats!
Love this Oats! Theyre really creamy with the bonus of being organic and gluten free too!
Dreamy oats!
I'm gluten free but used to just buy standard oats, thinking gf oats were a bit of a con. How wrong I was! I ordered a selection of GF oats from different brands and these were the creamiest and dreamiest. I'm a convert, worth every penny :D
Really good
Really good porridge oats, good texture and flavour. Great in baking too :)
best gf oats Ive tried.
I am leaving a review as these are the only oats that Ive tried, over a period of years, that I have been able to eat. They do not contain gluten- I cant eat gluten and I dont react to them. Another reviewer claimed they might. This may be down to the fact oats contain avenin, a protein that plays a similar role to gluten. Very sensitive ppl may have a reaction over time. For me, so far, so good. I simmer for longer than guidelines advise. Delicious with yoghurt, nuts, anything really. Yum.
not gluten free
I have a gluten intolerance and I'm very careful about avoiding gluten. When I started eating these oats I started getting the digestive symptoms associated with my gluten intolerance. The symptoms stopped when I switched to a different brand of oats. So my conclusion is these must not be gluten-free. Couldn't think of anything else that could have caused my symptoms.
