Air Fry - From Frozen. Set temperature to 180°C. Spread evenly in a single layer and fry for 7 - 9 minutes.; Cooking Instructions - General. For best results cook from frozen. Remove the chicken from all packaging. The following instructions are guidelines only. If thawed, reduce cooking times accordingly. Always ensure that the food's piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.; Deep Fry - From Frozen. Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Fully immerse the shreddeddicken into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes. Drain and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 6. Place the shredded chicken on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 16-18 minutes.

only buy if you want to be sick
"Totally dreadful experience. The cooking and taste seemed fine at first, but an hour later, I was feeling terribly sick. At first, I didn't connect the dots, but a week later, I finished the rest of the bag. And guess what? I was vomiting all over again. Honestly, I doubt there's even real chicken in these..."

wouldnt buy any chicken from china!
Since covid I wouldnt buy any chicken foods from china wont trust there hygiene regs just my feelings !

Surprisingly good
They get crispy, they are seasoned well, they are recognisable as chicken. Arguably a little pricey but good freezer backup for post beers/quick addition to rice or ramen.

Dont know why but makes me ill
The texture of this is great and the taste is lovely but it made me throw up about an hour later. Dont know what ingredient doesnt agree with me but wont risk it again.
