I bought the grey one a few years ago and it was very good. This one was on offer so bought it as I liked the colour. Big mistake. On opening this one I found the blue bits on the floor and chunks coming out even before I used it. Could not return it as I opened it a few weeks after purchase.
All good until fell apart when washed
Does a good job. Although washed the microfibre mop bit as per the instructions and it fell apart.
Rather good mop, with some issues
For the money, I would expect a solid handle that lasts forever, not one that breaks after a few years. The package calls it 'telescopic' but it's just three pieces of plastic tube that fit together, and then that's it. The microfibre cloth is very stingily padded, so care should be taken not to scratch the floor with the hard edge of the head. Cloth also tends to desintegrate too early. On the positive side, this mop is well-designed, it reaches almost everywhere, and it cleans big areas of smooth floor in a blink.
fragile mop cloth
As described already on some the review the mop head cloth fell apart after several wash in washing machine.
doesnt hold up
The mop fell apart after three washings. Otherwise it was nice.
I think mine is broken
I think mine is broken. It never stays in the "locked" position and collapses in on itself, meaning the cleaning head doesn't stay on...
