perfectly good buffer
reading the reviews I was worried that I would waste my money, but it turns out its perfectly ok. this is a buffer, not a nail file. its not supposed to shorten or reshape your nails but only to smooth and polish them. its a finishing tool. even the (admittedly misleading) side that reads file nail edge will only smooth out sharp edges and tiny irregularities to prevent pulling threads or scratching yourself accidentally. it does the job well without shortening your nails any further than you have already filed or cut them with a clipper or scissors, as intended. it can be rinsed after use.

The emery paper bubbles on the first use. Unlikely it will be used again. Waste of money.

I really can't see the point in this item- all sides are the same and it does as much for your nails as rubbing them with your thumb!!
