One of our favourite vegan cookbooks
A great everyday cookbook for quick meals without long lists of fancy ingredients. The One-pot Chilli with Cinnamon and the Pad Thai Jay with Lime and Sesame are weekly favourites in this house. I often recommend these recipes to vegan and non-vegan friends alike.
