The strong currents and high tidal flow of these invigorating, clean waters allow the salmon to thrive. Organic farming ensures the fish are free from chemicals, stocked at low densities and fed sustainable, non-GM organic feed.
Seasoned by hand and smoked over gently smouldering oak by skilled artisans. This careful, slow process results in creamy, melt-in-the-mouth salmon.
It's recommended that we eat at least 2 portions of fish a week, one of which should be oily fish such as salmon, rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.

ok
This Salmon had a strange taste, it went in the bin.
just ok
Texture is great - very soft and silky, but has a strange taste to it, almost artificial. Wont be buying again.
Much to much salt
I thought 3 g per 100 was quite high and this is 4.3 g of salt/100g at £100 per kg. Ridiculously expensive for such a poor curing.
delicious
I can see from other reviews that many find this salmon too salty, but I like my food well-seasoned so it was perfect for me. It had a dense quality and felt very substantial. I paired with poached eggs and it was so good!
too much salt
salty
Salt!!!!
As other reviews have said this is far too salty, to the point it can make you feel sick when you try and eat it. The salt has also made the fish dry. Given the cost I tried something - I soaked a few slices in some water for 20 mins, changing the water a couple of times. You could see the salt in the water coming out of the fish and I drained it and patted it with kitchen towel. after this process it was really nice. You shouldn’t have to do this, but it stops the pack going to waste at least.
