My favourite road trip runs ten hours east of Caracas, along the magical Caribbean coast to the Paria Peninsula and the sleepy village of Rio Caribe. This delectable chocolate made from the extraordinary beans grown there, is an adventure in taste with its complex nut and coffee notes. That’s why I craft make my chocolate from bean to bar to capture the stunningly individual flavours of the world’s great cacaos. Everything is made in small batches which takes up to 21 days at low temperatures, compared to industrial chocolate which is made in a few hours. The chocolate is 100% natural, containing simply cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter – no vanilla or soya lecithin to hide the beautiful flavour notes of the beans. 100% Natural. One of the best dark chocolates in supermarkets

This is my absolute favourite dark chocolate. You can taste the quality of the beans. Less bitter, complex flavour with a bit of a sweet aftertaste. Goes great with coffee.

Not bitter

Lovely dark chocolate and not too bitter for my taste. I enjoy a square with a couple of Brazil nuts or grated on some tinned pears and Greek yogurt.

Delicious

Absolutely lovely dark chocolate, one of the best I've tasted in a while. You really can pick up the nuance flavours of crushed nuts and the aroma of roasted coffee beans.

Excellent choccolate

Came back to buy some more. I love a small square of dark chocolate in my porridge in the morning and this is just perfect because it comes able to be broken into small squares and it is on my taste buds, the best dark chocolate I've had in a long time.
