Created by Julia La Ronde to a secret family recipe, Sisserou Rum Coconut Cream Liqueur is named after the eponymous national bird of Dominica. Slightly less sweet than many other cream liqueurs, it's great on its own or in cocktails. Julia recommends adding grated nutmeg too.

Unique and enjoyable

Bought one bottle as a gift, and another to drink with family over Christmas. Was enjoyed by all who tried it-I preferred in the form of a pina colada using the recipe from the website. More expensive than Baileys, its true-but after all, it is Christmas

delicious

Not like Baileys which is a good thing. Its lighter and has a rum base. Not as thick and creamy but delicious with a chunk of ice. Expensive but nice as a treat

So disappointed

barely tastes of coconut at all. was so disappointed after all the glowing reviews, especially given the price. just tastes creamy, could hardly detect any coconut flavour at all.

Excellent over crushed ice

Really smooth, great flavour and aroma, like a coconut baileys without being too thick or cloying. Very good indeed.

Really good!

This is delicious when served on its own, on ice. So good that we have just ordered a second bottle!
