Tender British chicken escalope marinated in herbs and spices, coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden, smothered in a luscious tomato, herb sauce finished with extra virgin olive oil. Topped with a beautifully gooey blend of mozzarella and West Country farmhouse Cheddar cheese.

Pair with: Oak-aged Italian Chianti
Instructions
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Remove film by running a sharp knife around rim of tray.
Remove Sauce Pot and Cheese from foil and place to one side.
Place foil with Chicken on baking tray and cook for 15mins.
Remove lid of Sauce Pot using a sharp knife.
After 15 mins, turn Chicken Breasts, cover with Sauce and top with Cheese.
Cook for a further 10 mins to melt Cheese.
Do not reheat.

very disappointing
Purchased a couple of these in a flash sale and so glad I didnt pay full price. The chicken was really small and quite tough. I wont be buying these again.
Flash sale convenience
This made a very convenient dinner with some sautéed potatoes and asparagus. The chicken was an adequate size and quality with a tangy tomato sauce. I probably would not purchase at the full price, but on a flash sale it offered value for money.

Yes you could make something something similar at home, but I buy ready prepared food when Im short of time. Decent size portion, right amount of cheese and sauce. I dont really understand the negative reviews unless people were really unlucky with the size of the chicken portions. We enjoyed this and would buy again.
Good
Good amount of chicken, properly cooked to be nice and soft. As a bonus, the tray they come in can be used for cooking, so you wont even have to wash up.

I've had this previously, quite a while ago, and the chicken is really small now, and the coating is thick. Don't recommend.
disappointing
My husband and I werent overly impressed. The tomato sauce was too tangy, and the chicken was tough and grey.
